Spending Easter at this hotel was one of my best experiences yet! the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly , from the moment we checked in until the end of our stay. the location was also key, with everything we needed being within walking distance. the hotel offered great amenities, including high, speed Wi, Fi and a delicious breakfast spread.
There were a few things that could be improved upon. we arrived late and were disappointed to find our room not yet ready.

We arrived late at the hotel and unfortunately, our room was not ready. Despite this, the receptionist was accommodating and polite. the location of the hotel is very convenient for those who enjoy karaoke and casinos, with both being easily accessible. the room we eventually checked into was spacious and comfortable with an adequate bathroom.
Some areas of the hotel were not as clean as they could have been.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming, providing us with excellent service during our stay. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to some of the best local attractions. the comfortable beds and clean sheets were a real highlight for us, ensuring that we had a peaceful night's sleep after our long day of exploring.
The check-in process was a bit of a letdown for us as the room we had reserved wasn't ready at the promised time. We had to wait a while before we were able to access our room, which was frustrating after our tiring journey.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel thanks to the accommodating receptionist who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. The cleanliness of the premises was excellent, and I was impressed with the range of hotel facilities available. The location was great, with easy transportation options to explore this city. The staff, in general, were friendly and welcoming.
